CODJA does not sell, trade, rent or release our membership data to third parties. There are some situations where we are legally required to disclose personal information. Examples may include returning a cheque due to insufficient funds, employing reasonable and legal methods to collect a delinquent account or if there is suspicion of illegal activities. Only the information specifically requested is disclosed. We also take precautions to ensure that authorities make a request have legitimate grounds to do so.
As a member, you will receive our regular CODJA email memos and newsletters and you may choose to opt-out of this program by updating your membership profile and selecting no in the authorization field for accepting newsletter emails. All e-mails sent to subscribers clearly identify the source of the e-mail as CODJA.com or a contact person within the CODJA team.
CODJA directory listings of your company are prepared by you and the content of the listings authored by you and will appear in directory searches on the codja.com website. If you choose to include detailed contact and email address information in those listings, this is your option. You may select “hide address” in your member profile. This will disable the display of your mailing address in the directory listing and consumer search for members. Earning your trust and confidence is vital to us. We will be upfront with you about both our procedures for collecting information and our use of that information.
